Finn the 100 schauspieler 211

Finn witnessed Kylo Ren carrying off Rey into his command shuttle and ran to rescue her, but could do little to help as Ren left the battlefield.

Finn was later present during the meeting held to discuss the attack on Starkiller Base, and his knowledge of the superweapon proved invaluable in planning the attack.

He volunteered to go with Solo and Chewbacca to destroy a shield generator on the planet's thermal regulator, but was more interested in rescuing Rey.

After crash-landing on the planet, Finn revealed to Han and Chewie that he used to work on sanitation on Starkiller Base, much to Solo's annoyance.

Finn devised a plan to lower the shield around the planet, which would allow the Resistance pilots to attack the thermal oscillator and destroy the weapon.

Chewbacca captured Captain Phasma, and the three, including an overly confident Finn, forced her to lower the shield.

She warned them that her troops would storm in and kill them all, but Solo shrugged off her warning, asking Finn if there happened to be any convenient trash compactors in the base and they were able to dump her into one via garbage chute.

The three then discovered Rey, who had escaped by herself by using her burgeoning Force powers. Rey and Finn went to set charges on part of the oscillator, and upon their return, witnessed Han Solo confront Kylo Ren, who was revealed to be Han's son Ben Solo.

After witnessing Kylo murder his father, Rey and Finn attempted to escape, but were met with Kylo again in the woods.

Rey attempted to use her blaster against Kylo, but he threw Rey back with a Force push and knocked her out. Finn, horrified, rushed to Rey's side while Ren angrily called him a traitor.

An enraged Finn then ignited the lightsaber, which Ren claimed rightfully belonged to him. Finn challenged him to "come and get it" before engaging him in a duel.

Though Finn briefly held his own, even with him having no training with a lightsaber, he was ultimately no match for the dark warrior.

Badly injured, Finn was overcome by pain and his muscles went limp. He could hear lightsabers clashing around him, but as the pain increased, he could no longer fight the darkness overcoming him.

As he fell into unconsciousness, his last thought was of Rey. After Finn was disabled, Rey regained consciousness and used the Force to retrieve the lightsaber and defeat Kylo.

Rey took Finn to Chewbacca aboard the Millennium Falcon , and left him in intensive care at the Resistance base in a coma.

Rey wished him a heartfelt goodbye, kissed his forehead, thanked him for everything, and declared that they would meet again before she departed to find Luke Skywalker.

Finn awoke in a flexpoly bacta suit onboard the star cruiser Raddus after the Resistance fled D'Qar. The First Order intercepted the Resistance fleet when it emerged from hyperspace in the Crait system , attacking and destroying the bridge.

General Organa survived, but was gravely injured and taken to the medbay. Finn picked up the transponder beacon that Organa was using to let Rey know their location, and decided he was going to flee so she would not get caught up in the First Order's attack.

He then made his way to one of the escape pods where he was intercepted by Rose Tico , a former flight engineer and current maintenance worker whose sister Paige had perished in the First Order's attack, and had been assigned to guard the pods from deserters.

Rose was initially enamored with Finn, who she saw as a Resistance hero, but noticed that he had packed a bag and realized he was planning to desert.

Rose stunned Finn and placed his body on a cart to try to haul him to the brig. The two then began to devise a plan to shut down the tracker aboard the Supremacy and allow the fleet to jump away, saving both the Resistance and Rey.

The two presented their plan to Poe, who agreed to sanction it without the knowledge of the fleet's new commander, Vice Admiral Amilyn Holdo.

Needing clearance codes to board the Supremacy , they contacted Maz Kanata, who directed them instead to the Master Codebreaker , who they would find at the casino in Canto Bight , a city on the planet Cantonica.

Finn gave Poe Leia's tracker. Finn, along with Rose and BB-8 departed for Cantonica. As they began their descent near the planet's atmosphere however, they were interrupted by the passing of an unknown floating tentacled alien that emitted electric currents around its body.

As it ascended above them, some of the tentacles hit the shuttle, causing a surge of electricity to travel within the ship and temporarily disable BB-8, who had been helping steer the shuttle.

Rose then asked Finn to take over as she busied herself with the task of fixing the droid. Finn voiced his concerns regarding his own piloting abilities, but Rose pointed out that they didn't have much of a choice.

As they descended further, Finn then saw and pointed out to Rose that there appeared to be more of the unknown alien creatures.

As he did his best to navigate them through the flock, Finn saw one of the creatures quickly appear on an apparent collision course.

Finn called out to BB Luckily for him, Rose was just about done fixing the droid. BB-8 then resumed control of the ship which allowed them to avoid coming into contact with any of the creatures.

As they floated off into safety, Finn inquired about BB-8's condition, which the droid replied to by way of extending his built-in torch.

Rose and Finn then complimented the droid as well as each other before proceeding to the rest of their mission.

They landed their shuttle on a private beach and entered the casino, despite an Abednedo businessman named Slowen Lo trying to stop them.

Finn was amazed by the luxury of the casino, but Rose showed him the animal abuse, child labor, and war profiteering that went on behind the scenes.

Rose told Finn that she and her sister came from the Otomok system , which was used as a testing ground by the First Order, and that many of the casino's patrons had become wealthy selling weapons to the First Order.

BB-8 located the master codebreaker, but Slowen Lo reported them to the police for parking illegally, and Finn and Rose were arrested and stunned.

Their cellmate, DJ , offered to help them break onto the Destroyer, but Finn refused, believing DJ to be a mere pickpocket.

DJ then used a manufactured passkey to open the cell door, allowing Finn and Rose to escape as well.

Finn and Rose escaped into the Canto Bight stables, where the stableboy Temiri Blagg helped them escape, riding on the back of one of the casino's fathiers.

They initially guided the fathiers towards their shuttle, but the police officers destroyed it. The fathiers rampaged through the casino and town, causing major damage, before losing the police by running through tall underbrush.

DJ demanded Rose's medallion as a deposit. Despite Finn's objections, Rose gave it to him. DJ showed Finn that the yacht's previous owner was an arms dealer who sold weapons to both the First Order and Resistance.

DJ attempted to convince Finn that the entire galaxy was a machine, and that he should stay away from causes and live free. DJ partially lowered the Supremacy 's shields, allowing the Libertine to slip aboard.

However, was unaware of Finn's defection, believing that Finn had been promoted to officer. Finn, Rose, and DJ reached the tracker, but they were captured by Phasma, who feigned delight at seeing Finn again.

However, DJ cut a deal, exchanging information about the Resistance's escape plan gleaned from Finn and Rose- to used cloaked transports to reach the surface of the mineral planet Crait - for payment and his freedom, much to the fury of both Finn and Rose.

The First Order began to fire on the Resistance transports, destroying most of them. Phasma ordered Finn and Rose executed, deciding to make them suffer and have them executed via laser ax , but before the execution troopers could deliver the killing stroke, Holdo used the Raddus to ram the Supremacy at light speed, causing the hangar to erupt in flames, and knocking Finn unconscious.

Finn and Rose attempted to reach a Xi -class light shuttle to escape the heavily damaged Supremacy , but they were cut off by Phasma. Finn dueled Phasma with a baton, but he could not hold out against her for long.

Phasma beat him back and eventually knocked him off the platform. However, a raising platform below him saved his life. This allowed him to get behind Phasma and deliver a blow that cracked her helmet and sent her tumbling to unstable footing.

Finn proudly identified himself to Phasma as a rebel before her platform gave way, sending her into the fire below. Pursued by two TIE fighters, Rose barely managed to pilot the shuttle under the closing bunker door of the abandoned Rebel outpost where the Resistance was hiding out.

The Resistance opened fire on the shuttle, but Finn convinced them to stop. The Resistance planned to lay low in the bunker until they could send a signal to their allies in the Outer Rim.

Finn suggested to Poe that they use the base's complement of speeders to launch an assault against the siege cannon, in order to buy the Resistance time to get the message out.

Finn piloted one of the speeders in the battle, and was able to exercise more control over the speeder after dropping his monoski. However, the timely arrival of Rey and Chewbacca in the Millennium Falcon drew the fighters away from the Resistance speeders.

Finn's speeder drew near the cannon, but Poe called off the attack, realizing that they were too late: Finn disobeyed Poe's orders, but before he could sacrifice himself for the Resistance by flying his speeder straight down the barrel of the cannon, Rose crashed her speeder into his, knocking them both out of the line of the cannon's fire.

Finn confronted Rose, asking why she stopped him. Rose told him that the Resistance would win the war by saving what they love, not by fighting what they hate.

Rose kissed Finn and collapsed unconscious as the siege cannon fired, destroying the bunker door. Finn dragged Rose's body through the obliterated bunker door, and turned her over to Resistance medics.

Finn witnessed the projection of Luke Skywalker going out to confront the First Order, and believed that they should help him.

However, Poe convinced him that Skywalker was distracting the First Order so the Resistance could survive. Poe and Finn then realized that the vulptices that had previously infested the base had disappeared.

Finn, along with the rest of the Resistance, followed Poe through the caverns of the outpost until they reached an unmapped natural entrance that was blocked by boulders.

However, Rey, on the other side of the wall, used the Force to move the boulders aside. Finn shared an embrace with his friend, Rey, and the Resistance finally escaped aboard the Falcon.

On the Falcon , Finn placed a blanket over Rose's body while Rey watched. Finn was a male human. During his time with the First Order, he wore the standard-issue stormtrooper armor.

Following his desertion, he discarded his armor, but continued to wear the armor's body glove and shoes, and took to wearing Poe Dameron's jacket as a way to remember him.

Upon discovering that Dameron was alive, Finn offered him his jacket back, but the pilot insisted he keep it. While in service to the First Order, Finn was seen by his training cadre and his fellow soldiers as one of the best stormtroopers that the First Order had to offer.

His instructors saw him as loyal to the First Order, as well as dutiful, brave, intelligent, and possessing the strength necessary to be a great stormtrooper and perhaps even eventually one of the group's officers.

Nonetheless, though as a cadet he was eager to be deployed and see the galaxy so he could serve the First Order and Supreme Leader Snoke , [5] he was plagued by doubt.

That doubt came to a head on Jakku, when he refused to fire on the villagers and deserted from the First Order. Awakened from his comatose state, the first question the protective Finn asks is "Where's Rey?

Despite his training and education by the First Order, Finn had a good heart and empathy for others. While deployed on Jakku, after witnessing his friend FN killed by Poe Dameron, he refused to fire on unarmed villagers.

These two events shook his belief in the First Order, inspiring him to desert and free Dameron, and eventually help Rey and BB-8 and side with the Resistance.

Finn was also protective of those he cared about. He risked jeopardizing a training mission in order to save FN, [5] and when seeing Rey being carried off by Kylo Ren, ran desperately to rescue her.

He later accompanied Han Solo and Chewbacca on a mission to destroy the Starkiller Base's shield generator in order to rescue Rey.

Even after realizing that the conflict was greater than any one person, though, he still seemed to hold feelings for Rey, which kept him going throughout the Battle of Crait.

However, Finn was seen to be susceptible to his fear and stress at times, such as during his desertion of the First Order.

He seemed desperate to escape their attention and would rather fly across the system than entertain the thought of facing his pursuers. At Maz Kanata's castle he almost abandoned Rey, Han Solo, and Chewbacca in an attempt to escape the conflict, but changed his mind and was later pulled into the battle anyway.

He also panicked multiple times during his and Rey's escape from Jakku aboard the Millennium Falcon.

Finn was courageous in battle once he had made his choice to fight. He immediately ran to battle Phasma when he and Rose were faced with her contingent of Stormtroopers on board the Supremacy's hangar, using the first weapon he could find, a Z6 Riot Control Baton, and ultimately was willing to go into battle and die for the Resistance without regard to his own life; he would rather die than let the First Order win.

As he had little experience with life outside of the conflict, he was initially taken with Canto Bight's glitz and glamour, until Rose showed him the extent of the corruption and evil at the heart of it, abusing fathiers and slave children.

As a stormtrooper, Finn consistently scored top marks in his training and was seen as someone who could become an ideal First Order trooper.

His First Order training made him an effective marksman with a high kill rate. This skill with a blaster apparently translated well into skills as a gunner.

During the escape from the Finalizer aboard a stolen TIE, Finn managed to kill dozens of stormtroopers, destroy the contents of the Finalizer ' s hangar bay, knock out several turbolaser batteries and ventral cannons on the underside of the ship, and even destroy an incoming missile despite having no experience with flying starfighters.

In fact, it was only Finn's distraction by an argument with Poe Dameron that led to the stolen TIE being struck by an incoming missile and disabled.

The next day, Finn would man the ventral quad-laser cannon turret aboard the Millennium Falcon during the escape from Jakku, destroying one TIE on his own and one with assistance from Rey.

Despite a lack of training in the use of a lightsaber, Finn had the ability to wield this particular weapon in combat. He was able to hold his own against a stormtrooper with a riot baton, and despite being defeated, managed to inflict a shoulder wound on the more experienced Kylo Ren.

Aboard the Supremacy , Finn tested all his skill against his former superior officer, Captain Phasma.

Unfortunately, it wasn't enough in a stand-up fight; he had only been able to knock her down with the element of surprise and the high ground.

Like most other First Order stormtroopers, Finn was trained in dealing with wounds incurred on the battlefield. He made use of this training to aid a wounded Chewbacca.

Prior to his defection from the First Order, Finn was considered officer material. Finn is portrayed by John Boyega in Star Wars: Boyega's casting in the film was first made known on April 29 , , [14] and his character was first revealed in the first teaser trailer for the film on November 28 , Abrams stated prior to the film's release that it was "completely intentional" that no last name was provided for the character, [17] the film itself revealing that "Finn" was a name given to the character following his desertion from the stormtrooper ranks.

The writers of Episode VII decided to make Finn as a deserting stormtrooper as Lawrence Kasdan felt it would be "incredible" to have their protagonist be from a group of previously "faceless, indistinguishable automatons".

Boyega said he considers Finn to be the audience's surrogate, explaining, "During the auditions I found that my niche for this character was definitely in the more humor and fear.

So he just represents us in the film — just finally having a Star Wars character that goes, 'This is really dangerous.

Your duty is to the First Order above everything. Nothing else comes before that. I'm not a hero. Like all of them, I was taken from a family I'll never know.

And raised to do one thing. But my first battle, I made a choice. I wasn't gonna kill for them. And you looked at me like no one ever had.

I was ashamed of what I was. But I'm done with the First Order. I'm never going back. I'm gonna call you Finn! We all need to run. So good to have you back.

I was almost there! Later, he argued with Kol over their respective missions that had been assigned to them. Finn then went to the werewolves that were under his mother's control and brought with him new recruits, all of which were boys and teenagers who were untriggered werewolves, wanting them to murder and be triggered to make his mother's army grow even more.

Later, when Elijah slaughtered dozens of werewolves to help the children escape, Finn arrived and hurt Elijah with his magic.

Elijah fought back, ready to snap his brother's neck but was suddenly impaled through the back by their mother, who used her magic to disable Elijah.

They then captured him. In Red Door , Finn called Kol, asking him if he had found the white oak stake. Kol told him about Davina's plan to unlink Klaus's bloodline from him so they wouldn't die if he did and Finn said that Kol had to either find what Davina was using as a binding agent and kill the spell or kill Davina.

Later, Finn found that Esther was forcing the captured Elijah to not only relive horrors from his past but also giving him false visions of hope as a way to make him accept her proposed new life in a new body.

In Wheel Inside the Wheel , Finn ordered the werewolves to have Oliver executed for his part in aiding Elijah rescue the untriggered werewolves. Later, he again spoke to Cami under the guise of her adviser, Vincent.

However, he came off as overly curious about her personal life, raising her suspicions about him. She soon dug into his history and discovered, with the help of Marcel, that Vincent Griffiths was being possessed by Finn Mikaelson, Klaus's oldest brother.

Cami distracted Finn while a plan was being put into place to rescue Oliver from his execution. Cami began questioning him about his personal life and his relationship to his family, not revealing that she knew his true identity.

The two began psychologically analyzing one another. She initially planned on attacking him but chose not to. Using Cami as a distraction, she invited him on a date, much to Finn's surprise.

His mother instructed him that it was time to bring Cami into the fold of their plan but Finn grew agitated, saying he hoped there'd be more time.

When Esther persisted, Finn told her that she didn't need to get Cami by force. Later, Finn and Cami went to a jazz club when Cami suddenly vanished.

Finn went outside to find her being attacked by a werewolf who escaped. Cami vanished along with it. When Finn called Aiden, accusing one of his wolves of the abduction, he met with him at the church.

When Finn revealed that he knew one of the rescued untriggered werewolves had been Aiden's little brother, he attacked him, knowing that he had taken Cami.

Hayley arrived, fighting Finn with the help of the werewolf, Jackson, who shot Finn with arrows. Finn lay in a heap when Cami appeared with cursed cuffs that negated a witch's magic when worn.

She handcuffed Finn, revealing that she knew his true identity and that she had tricked him. Hayley brought Finn to the compound, where Kol had also been taken captive.

Klaus and Elijah appeared, greeting their captive brothers. Finn tried to explain to them that their mother was trying to do right by them by offering them new mortal lives and that they were fools to turn down her offers.

When Finn brought up Rebekah and her unending loyalty to Klaus, he wondered where she was. When he told them that Esther was watching her and had plans for her, he was attacked by Elijah who Klaus managed to pull away.

Later, Klaus tried to torture their mother's plans out of Finn but Finn remained steadfast in support of Esther.

When things grew to a boiling point, Finn revealed the truth of their older sister Freya's fate and how Esther had sacrificed her to Dahlia to save the rest of the family and that if the firstborn of each generation wasn't killed, Dahlia would come back to destroy them all.

When Cami showed up with puncture wounds in her back, Kol, who had taken Klaus' offer to join him, deduced that Esther was preparing her body to be a vessel.

Cami questioned Finn, since he was the only one who knew of Esther's intentions. He explained that Esther wasn't going to jump into Cami's body, she was going to have Rebekah possess it.

This horrified Cami and infuriated Klaus who grabbed Finn, telling him he didn't care about his fairy tales and when Finn refused to say more, Klaus had Marcel bring in Finn's coffin from when he had been daggered for nine hundred years.

Petrified by the sight of the coffin he had been imprisoned in, Finn hysterically pleaded with Klaus but Klaus forced him inside, telling him he had put air holes in it, before closing it on him, trapping Finn in a coffin once again.

In The Map of Moments , Finn remained trapped in the coffin when Camille came to speak to him in hopes of convincing his mother to leave her out of it.

Marcel relented to her request to see him and let Finn out, though still with the cuffs that repressed his magic. Finn sat down with Cami, no longer allowing his attraction to her distract him.

When she questioned his morals, Finn grew angry and told her to look at her own morals before judging him, citing her relationship with Marcel and Klaus.

He elaborated in defending his morality by explaining that he saw the world in black and white, in simple shades of good and evil. Finn said that unlike his mother, Elijah, and Cami, he didn't believe in redemption, especially Klaus's.

Finn boldly proclaimed that he was trying to protect the world from the evil and impurity of vampires, saying that when he was free, he'd wipe out every vampire in the city and anyone who sided with them.

Cami realized that Finn would not listen to reason and had him put back into his coffin. Later, unseen, Finn was rescued from his imprisonment by his father, Mikael, who had made an alliance with Esther.

Finn believed he could put his father's strength to good use after hearing that Mikael wished to work together in their crusade. Finn went to the compound and confronted Klaus and Kol, where he demanded to know where their mother was.

Klaus refused to tell him and Finn left, finding that vampires and werewolves were gathered in the compound, hoping to form a truce.

Finn explained that he believed that their two species could never find peace and then cast a boundary spell so they couldn't leave the compound.

He said that, given enough time in an enclosed space together, they'd come to see things his way.

The spell was a powerful one, as Finn was channeling power through his father, using a sacrificial spell similar to those used by Papa Tunde.

Finn then used a spell to force the vampires to grow even hungrier so they'd want to feed on the trapped werewolves. After Klaus submitted their mother's location, Finn found her in a tomb but was horrified to find that she had turned into a vampire by Klaus.

Despite Esther's apologies and claims to still be his mother, Finn angrily called her a hypocrite, telling her it was her morality and conviction that he had always respected.

Finn furiously attacked her and used the same spell he used on his father to channel power from her, placing her next to Mikael. He somberly told his neutralized parents that they had been happy once when it was just him and Freya but because they had continued to have children, their family had been ripped apart.

He threatened to destroy his younger siblings for the monsters that they were. In Brotherhood of the Damned , while Finn's boundary spell kept the vampires trapped in the compound, he performed another spell using representational magic.

The spell he cast created an astral plane where he pulled in the minds of his brothers so they could all speak mentally, appearing inside of a cabin where animal heads represented each of them, a boar representing Finn.

Finn revealed that within the cabin, he could not be harmed due to being its creator. Finn explained that his boundary spell would drop at sunset so the vampires inside the compound would violently feast on the people of New Orleans, finally taking the city from vampires for good.

Meanwhile, Finn tried to press his brothers for answers on what Klaus was hiding, not knowing that his niece Hope was alive.

However, Eljiah discovered a fault in Finn's representational magic. While Finn had seen Elijah as noble, representing him in the cabin with a stag, Elijah revealed that he wasn't so noble, admitting to the murder of Tatia long ago.

The confession made Finn's spell weaken and it was broken fully when Klaus forgave Elijah, showing Finn that he wasn't the big bad wolf that Finn had portrayed him as.

Finn's lack of understanding of his brothers caused his spell to break and brought their consciousnesses back to their bodies.

Despite his momentary defeat, Finn made his next move, abducting Marcel and the vampires who had successfully escaped from the compound. In Sanctuary , Finn had added Marcel and his vampires inside of his sacrificial circle, empowering him even more.

Finn awoke Marcel, keeping him tied with vervain-soaked ropes. Finn tried to convince Marcel to give up whatever secret Klaus was hiding. Marcel refused, simply telling Finn that he saw his coffin two hundred years ago and that Klaus had told him they kept him daggered because he was such a bore.

Finn angrily used his magic to hurt Marcel. Finn tortured Marcel until he was convinced he didn't know anything.

Kol arrived, having heard that he'd taken Marcel. Though initially upset that Kol would dare come after siding with their brothers, Kol explained that he joins the winning side.

When Finn remained unconvinced, Kol revealed his plan to dagger Klaus, saying he had Davina Claire wrapped around his finger and with her help, nothing could stop them.

Finn realized, though, that Kol was just distracting him from Davina and Aiden sneaking inside. Finn had the captured vampires mindlessly attack them, forcing them to flee, before furiously telling Kol that he was through with his tricks.

Finn placed a curse on Kol, forcing him to face his worse fear, of death. He trapped Kol inside Kaleb's body, to die in a few days time.

He told him to say his goodbyes and that he wouldn't miss him. Finn then went back to Marcel and realized it was strange that Marcel was compelled to forget the specifics of Hope's death, realizing that Klaus was hiding Hope's survival.

In The Devil is Damned , Finn searched frantically for his niece, now knowing of her survival. However, he remained unsuccessful. He was suddenly confronted by his long-lost sister, Freya , and did not recognize her initially.

She was amused by his confusion but quickly revealed herself, recalling their time together as children. Finn was shocked by her survival and Freya explained how she had managed to survive for centuries using magic after being taken by their aunt Dahlia.

She also confirmed Finn and Esther's fear that Dahlia was still out there. Finn explained to her about Hope and how Dahlia would come for their whole family if that child wasn't killed.

Freya agreed to help him track down Hope, requesting a few items from him. Finn then contact Marcel and Kol, demanding, much to their chagrin, and threatening that they get him the blood of Hope's parents, seemingly so he could perform a locator spell.

However, Finn had actually sent them on a wild goose chase, distracting Klaus and his allies long enough to go after Hope with the information he had already gotten from Freya.

He went to their family's old vacation home where he found Elijah in the barn. Finn informed Elijah of their oldest sister's survival and Elijah chastised Finn for his actions.

Finn attacked Elijah with his magic, impaling him with farming equipment before moving on to the house.

Once inside, he saw baby toys laid throughout the house, confirming his suspicions. Finn also realized Cami had been watching Hope and called out for her threateningly, unaware that her and Hope had gone out on errands.

Elijah, having recovered from the previous assault, struck back at Finn. It wasn't enough though as Finn overwhelmed Elijah and flung him through a wall.

Elijah became distracted by the blood on his body and Finn knew that it was due to his past, arrogantly ridiculing his brother's need to remain clean of his transgressions.

Elijah suddenly snapped out of his trance, revealing he was just biding time for the gas leak that had happened in the house to spread, telling Finn that he had disgraced their family for the last time.

Finn watched in shocked as Elijah took off his daylight ring and put his hand in the sun, setting his body aflame and igniting the gas in the air, blowing up the house.

In I Love You, Goodbye , Vincent's body rested in a morgue, horrifically scarred from the explosion at the house. Freya arrived and performed a spell, reviving Finn's spirit within the body and began healing the burns that had been inflicted on her brother.

Once he was healed, Freya explained that she had used her pendant to protect him and that they would have to protect each other since Dahlia would no doubt be on her way, and that she was far more powerful than Esther.

She elaborated that Hope would display magic and when she did, it would serve as a beacon, drawing Dahlia to them. Cryptically, she said that once Dahlia came, she would take what was hers.

Meanwhile, Finn's hex he had placed on Kol completed its task, and killed his youngest brother. In They All Asked For You , while Finn decided he had to redraw power from their parents, Freya requested to see their father again, who Finn still had captive.

Finn took Freya to Lafayette Cemetery where she finally saw her Mikael again for the first time in a thousand years. Klaus arrived at the cemetery where Finn confronted him.

Finn used his magic to hold Klaus off for a few minutes before Klaus impaled him and prepared to kill him.

Elijah interfered, saying he needed Vincent's body alive to give to the witches. Freya appeared and drew Finn's spirit into her pendant, removing him from his host's body.

Finn, Elijah and Klaus meet Lucien. In For the Next Millennium , Finn is seen in the flashbacks in his original vampire body.

He and his younger siblings are on the run from their father Mikael. Finn help Elijah cover their tracks, after they killed travelers on the road.

After Kol suggested that they should split up, Finn agrees with him, not before telling his younger brother to shut up, saying that he won't enjoy being apart from them, but he is sick from life on the run, claiming he wish to sleep in a real bed again, and bathe in a bath.

Elijah, however, cuts him off, saying that they swore a vow. After some time, the Mikaelsons killed more people and Finn condemns his younger siblings' behavior, saying that they are filthy gluttons.

Kol tells him he is as dull as ever. After that, Finn meets Lucien Castle , and voted with Rebekah to keep him alive, so he can help them pose as nobles.

After Klaus voted as well to let Lucien live, the human takes them to Count de Martel 's castle, and after a brief mistrust from the count, the Mikaelsons sibling, with Lucien's aid, are accepted at court.

In The Axeman's Letter ,. In The Other Girl in New Orleans , when Tristan speaks to Freya about family, he mentioned how Finn was the noblest of all his siblings, and tells her that Finn knew Tristan to be a man of his word.

Tristan then brought up how she was keeping Finn's spirit inside of a talisman, taunting her entrapment of her brother. Freya later used her magic to communicate with Finn's spirit inside of her talisman.

He looked happy to see her and she told him that she believed it was time that they talk. In Savior , after Freya had been poisoned by The Strix , she was running low on energy to help cure Rebekah of a curse so tried to channel Finn's spirit inside of her necklace.

As she tried desperately, Finn's spirit communicated with her, telling her that it wasn't worth going through so much pain for the monsters that were their other siblings.

The magic put a strain on Freya's body, killing her. Finn told her to let all of their siblings go so it could just be the two of them again.

Freya told him that if she was at all important to him, to help her. Elijah entered and offered to strengthen her with his blood. Finn, watching on as he watched another brother help Freya, Finn decided to loan her his power, just once, for her sake, not for his other siblings.

She used up his power but it still wasn't enough and Finn told her good luck before disappearing. Later, the necklace was then stolen by Tristan.

After Vincent became Regent of the New Orleans witches, Tristan threatened to put Finn back inside of Vincent's body if Vincent didn't do exactly as The Strix told him to, telling him that if he didn't comply, Finn would.

He said that if Vincent didn't activate The Serratura , that Finn no doubt would, since he'd probably want to see the downfall of his siblings.

Tristan initially promised Vincent that if he activated the Serratura, he would hand over the necklace so he couldn't hold it over him anymore but after Vincent did as he was told, Tristan didn't hand it over and held Vincent captive.

During Vincent's escape, he was aided by Elijah, who took possession of the necklace. He is not seen, but his magic helps Freya by causing her blood to appear on some flowers.

This was done to get Niklaus Mikaelson 's attention, so he could save his sister. In A Streetcar Named Desire , Freya considered channeling Finn's power when trying to save Klaus and Elijah from being unlinked from their sirelines and executed but realized that Finn wouldn't help, as he wouldn't mind watching them burn.

She opted to channel Lucien Castle instead. In An Old Friend Calls , Finn reveals himself to Kol as he is feeding uncontrollably due to his bloodlust and mocks his self-control.

He has been resurrected as an Original Vampire by Davina, apparently accidentally as a side-effect of the spell she used to bring back Kol.

In Alone with Everybody , Finn went to the compound to speak to the family about his intentions now that he had returned.

He appeared as Elijah and Kol were questioning Freya about Finn's revival. Immediately, he and Kol grew hostile and taunted one another, only being broken up by Lucien Castle for a moment.

Elijah reminded them that there was one white oak bullet left out there so they would all have to remain inside the compound together until it was found and their safety was secured.

Finn later spoke with Freya, telling her that there could be no reconciliation between him and his brothers.

Freya reminded him that he promised it would be different this time and Finn said it would be, but said that he would still rather die than be a part of their family.

When Elijah came to speak to him, Finn made a proposal; to let Freya put his spirit back into the body of a witch and then Finn would go on to live a mortal life, never to return again.

Unknown to Finn, Kol overheard his plans. Later, Finn found Davina walking through the hall and she explained that she had been looking for him.

Finn told her a story about how Kol had once seduced and discarded an innocent woman out of boredom, trying to get Davina to see Kol as he did.

Davina told him how she heard he was planning to hijack a witch's body again and decided to use the same spell he had used on Kol to trap him inside of his own body forever, permanently sealing him inside of his vampire body so he'd never be able to jump into another.

Finn was furious at his worst fears being realized and attacked Davina. Kol quickly intervened and the two engaged in a brutal fight through the compound.

Kol ended up besting Finn and preparing to set him on fire but was stopped by Elijah, Freya, and Lucien. Their interference infuriated Kol and he stormed out with Davina.

Elijah then showed them that Marcel had found the last remaining white oak bullet. When Elijah tried to burn the bullet, Finn caught it above the fire, desperately holding onto his last chance to be free of being a vampire, now that he was trapped in that body forever.

When Elijah told Finn to give him the bullet, Finn resisted but it was snagged but Lucien who gave it back to Elijah.

Finn tried to reason with Elijah by telling him that forever was a burden nobody should bear. Lucien suggested they give it to Freya, who could hide it and only ever give it to them when they wanted to truly be free of the eternity that awaited them.

Finn seemed to accept the compromise. In Behind the Black Horizon , Finn learned that Freya was abducted by Lucien, who had been secretly plotting the downfall of their family for a thousand years.

Kol revealed that Finn's blood could be used to track Vincent, who was with Lucien, due to their shared connection when Finn had possessed Vincent.

Finn and Elijah went to track them down while Kol and Davina tried to use his blood to find Freya. During their car ride, Finn tried to get Elijah to understand what it felt like to be daggered in a coffin for centuries, saying it was far worse than being daggered for decades.

After Kol and Davina realized that Lucien and Freya were in Mystic Falls, Finn and Elijah arrived there, to the place where they had first been turned and where Finn had been killed.

Once there, Finn and Elijah argued over the role Finn played in their family's history. Finn considered himself to be an anchor for their wild siblings, upset that he was considered too dangerous to be undaggered while Klaus and Kol could roam free and terrorize people.

Finn's words seemed to strike a chord of understanding with Elijah. Matt had exterminated any vampires in the town and now threatened them, reminding Finn that he had killed him in that exact spot.

Finn was unimpressed by Matt's wooden bullets but their encounter was interrupted by visions of Freya's exact location. They convinced Matt to help them find their sister and the three found Lucien holding Freya hostage.

He drank a serum before Finn grabbed Matt's arm and shot him, through Freya, striking him twice in the heart. While Finn ran to heal Freya, she warned them that dying was what Lucien wanted to complete his transition into an Upgraded Original Vampire.

Lucien rose, having transformed and immediately overwhelmed Elijah and Finn with his new powers. After Finn crushed a rock over his head, Lucien bit Finn in the neck, causing him extreme amounts of pain.

Finn writhed on the ground while Freya used a boundary spell to protect them. Lucien fled while Finn was taken back to the compound.

Once home, Finn was hallucinating from the effects of the bite, much like one would from a vampire bite. Rather than let him wait until it was out of his system, they had Klaus come home to heal Finn with his blood.

Finn drank from Klaus and for a moment, seemed cured, thanking his siblings and saying he was beginning to understand their vows of "always and forever".

Suddenly, he began coughing up blood as his condition rapidly worsened. Locked in his own body by Davina's spell, he couldn't be saved by a body jump or by Klaus's blood and with no Other Side and no access to the Ancestral Plane, there was no hope of return.

Finn accepted his fate, just asking his sister to stay with him, not wanting to be alone again. Finn died surrounded by his siblings, having finally started to understand the bond between the family.

They all said their farewells and spread his ashes over the edge of a bridge. Early in his life, before he became a vampire, Finn was the most obedient of the Mikaelson children.

He was incredibly loyal to his mother, doing anything he could to be a good son, even at the expense of his siblings at times.

Finn was somber and self-loathing as a vampire, much to his siblings' disliking. Out of all the Original Vampires, Finn was shown to be the most moral, even more than his brother Elijah.

Calm and quiet, Finn was ashamed of what his bloodlust had driven him to as a vampire. However, it is unclear how open about his feelings he had been about this with his family at first; Klaus had apparently daggered Finn for being too judgmental about their vampiric actions, it was later revealed that Klaus didn't dagger him, a member of the Brotherhood of the Five did, but Klaus left Finn daggered as he was tired of Finn's judgmental attitude , but later on, after being undaggered, Rebekah didn't believe Elijah when he said that Finn hated being a vampire so he may not have been open about it outside of Elijah, Klaus and Esther.

The only time it was said that he had put his morality against his vampire ways aside was when he turned his lover, Sage, but later said he regretted letting his love for her overtake his values.

He was later seen shocked when Sage revealed that she's turned others i. Troy since she last saw Finn. It was this self-loathing as a vampire that made Finn want to go along with his mother's plan to wipe out her children and therefore, every vampire on the planet though its unknown if either of them knew of the consequence of killing an Original Vampire.

He was willing to be the sacrifice in her spell that would turn all of her children human again before killing them, explaining that his mother was releasing him from an eternity of shame.

Despite the failure of this plan, he told Klaus that he would be more than willing to try to sacrifice himself again when the time came.

However, once he reunited with Sage, he put aside his hopes of his mother ending his suffering and decided to live life with Sage.

This new mindset didn't last though, as he was killed soon after his change of heart. A year after his death and with the birth of his niece Hope Mikaelson , his mother saw an opportunity to resurrect herself along with Finn, who had always stood by her side, along with Kol, being convinced of his mother's plan.

They seem to be going forward with a plan to place their other siblings in human or witch bodies and a werewolf body for Niklaus, wanting them to have mortal lives and ending their vampire progeny with their true bodies through the White Oak Stake.

This plan would save her children from Dahlia's Curse, as they would be in bodies of different bloodlines than the Mikaelson Bloodline, protecting any firstborn.

Finn's loyalty to Esther remained intact, following her orders with precision and without question. While still quite rigid in personality, Finn is shown to be somewhat more at ease now that he's no longer a vampire, though comments that he forgot how it feels to be so vulnerable.

Since his resurrection by possessing Vincent, Finn personality has seemed to become darker as he has been shown to be more willing to harm others to prove a point or to "persuade" someone to cooperate or side with Esther, even ordering Oliver to torture a witch to cooperate with him.

No longer being a vampire and in a form he is more comfortable with, Finn is a bit more outspoken than he was as a vampire, letting his emotions be seen more while still maintaining an overall reserved demeanor in comparison to his siblings.

His hatred of the vampire species is now directed towards others as well and has festered to the point of wanting to kill all vampires along with any sympathizers who get in his way utterly without mercy.

He doesn't believe in Klaus's redemption, but in right and wrong, and good and evil. Finn has expressed disappointment that his parents had more children and views his younger siblings as monsters.

Finn has become immoral and selfish to the point where he was willing to kill his niece, Hope, a innocent child for his own self-preservation, just to avoid Dahlia coming for him.

Ironically, as an Original Vampire, Finn was more noble and moral than any vampire, yet as a witch, he was utterly ruthless towards vampires and their sympathizers, as well as anyone who stood in his way.

Usually vampires are more ruthless, but once a witch again, Finn was far more ruthless than as a vampire. After being resurrected, Finn seems to have mellowed out.

He still believes him, his siblings and vampires in general are abominations, but he has somewhat accepted that. Upon reuniting with Kol, he mocks him for his lack of self-control with a smug grin.

Later on, after reuniting with all his siblings, he seems to believe he's changed, but he still despises being apart of the family.

He is shown to be surprisingly calm. Finn and Kol retain a negative relationship, as the two fight and banter with each other.

Elijah questions him on his return and they seem to be on shockingly neutral terms. Finn claims that he's done antagonizing his family and he wishes for them all to overlook his past sins.

Finn and Freya have a positive relationship, as the two are seen interacting on numerous occasions. He wants her to place him back into the body of a witch, to which he promises to leave the family and live his own life.

Despite acting calmer, Finn becomes enraged when Davina casted a spell, locking him in his vampire body for good. He brutally attacks her, before she is saved by Kol.

Finn watches in horror as Elijah tosses the remaining White Oak into a fire. He lunges for it, saying he doesn't want it to be destroyed and can't bear to live for an eternity as a "beast".

Finn wants to use it on himself at some point in the future. Elijah seems to pity Finn for these actions, and therefore leaves the White Oak in Freya's hands.

Finn approved of that decision. Finn cares very deeply and loves Freya, willing to risk his life and even kill people that could do harm to her.

He also reveals to Elijah that he felt abandoned in their early years as vampires, and all that time spent in a coffin caused him to loathe his family.

He felt abandoned by them. Ultimately, he surprisingly grows to care for his siblings after seeing how they look out for each other and what they do to keep each other safe.

Before dying for the second time, he remarks how he truly understood what the "always in forever" vow meant. Finn ends up dying, somewhat happily, surrounded by his family.

Finn is a handsome and tall man who appears to be 27—28 years old, given the time he was turned into a vampire by his mother. He has brown hair, hazel-green eyes and slim, but athletic figure.

Finn is also the second oldest of the Original Siblings after his sister Freya. When first awakened from being neutralized for years, Finn still had the style of that time period, with long hair and adorned in the centuries old clothing, wearing a dark green tunic and pants in the fashion of the 's.

Shortly after his return, he cut his hair to where it was still a bit longer in length than his siblings and usually slicked out of his face, much like Elijah's hair was during his time attempting to stop Klaus from becoming a hybrid.

Finn was seen wearing dress shirts covered by gray dress coats, keeping an air of aristocracy about him though not to the extent of Elijah's dress style.

Finn almost always had a severe, stern expression pasted on his face, rarely smiling while around his family, but becoming more friendly looking once he met Sage again.

After returning from the Other Side, Finn's spirit was placed inside the body of the witch, Vincent , taking on all of his physical features as his own.

Even with a new body, Finn retained his more refined style of attire. Finn possesses all vampiric abilities, with the addition of being able to compel any non-original vampire.

Strength-wise, Finn was shown to be more or less the same strength as Kol but seemed to not be as skilled at fighting as his younger brother who had held the upper hand in the fight.

In Rebirth , Finn had lost all his Original Vampire powers and abilities, due to him taking over the body of Vincent Griffith and had taken all of Vincent's Witch powers and abilities as his own.

In Every Mother's Son , he was shown to be incredibly gifted in magic seeing how he incapacitated Klaus, Elijah and Oliver with ease.

Later Finn was shown to have delved into the use of Sacrificial Magic. With this magic, Finn channeled the power of Mikael, and later Esther, to give himself even more power and was able to trap dozens of werewolves and vampires with a powerful boundary spell.

With his boost in power, he was also able to create an astral plane using Representational Magic that he had near complete control over when inside.

With his power boost, Finn was a nearly unstoppable force against anyone who opposed him, though his upgrade was only temporary, after being overloaded with magic by Kol and Rebekah, bringing him back to being only as powerful of a witch as his host body was.

Finn had the typical weaknesses of an Original Vampire. Out of all of his family, Finn has the closest relationship with his mother.

Finn had been a small boy when he tearfully watched Esther have to give away his sister, Freya, due to a deal she had made with her own sister, Finn's aunt Dahlia.

As Esther had more children afterward, Finn found himself still very close with his mom, his loyalty to her being greater than to his siblings.

A thousand years later they conspired together against the rest of their family. Both of them wanted vampires out of existence and to end their siblings' existence on Earth for good.

However, both were killed and their plans were halted to a stop. However, years later, they are both back from the dead, possessing the bodies of a witch and warlock and plan to take over New Orleans.

When Finn discovered that his mother consciously complete her transition into vampire, he was devastated and disappointed by her hypocrisy.

He hated her for that and used her for sacrificial magic. The relationship between Freya and Finn was always sweet and kind, as children they sometimes climbed into the trees and planned mischief.

Then one day their aunt Dahlia came to collect Freya from a deal she and their mother made a few years ago, Finn is crying while his sister being taken away and Freya screams for her mother.

Over time Finn believed her to be dead, and he never got along with his younger siblings as good as his beloved older sister. After 1, years has passed they are reunited and prepares for Dahlia's arrival.

Freya saves Finn's life when one of her younger brothers tries to kill him, by taking his soul from Vincent's body and into her pendant to keep him safe from harm.

Finn met Sage nine hundred years prior to the start of The Vampire Diaries and the two of them fell in love with each other. Finn even turned Sage into a vampire, despite the self-hatred he held against the species his family created, as he wanted to be with Sage forever, and vice versa.

Not long after Sage was turned, Finn and his other siblings were daggered by the original Brotherhood of the Five, though the dagger didn't work on Klaus.

Klaus chose to keep Finn daggered, as the brothers did not get along, leaving Sage heartbroken and alone. Few days later they finally met with the help of Klaus and Rebekah to convince Finn not to aid their mother in her plan to kill them, which ultimately worked - he gave up his blood willingly so they could unlink themselves and left to catch up with Sage.

The two took a walk through Mystic Falls and reminisced about their past together while she showed Finn how their hometown had changed since they had met each other.

They then went on a date to the Grill, where they continued to catch up. Finn was disapproving when Sage admitted to turning many vampires, but he didn't stay upset with her.

Stefan spiked the drinks they ordered from Matt with vervain in order to lure them outside so he could follow them and try to kill them with the white oak stakes.

Sage protected Finn from Stefan, but he was soon staked by Matt and burst into flames while Sage cried. Sage died one hour later due to their vampire bloodline connection to Finn.

Two years later Finn was resurrected along with his mother and his brother Kol. Sign In Don't have an account? Do you like this video?

This was part of the deal the two sisters had made when Esther asked Dahlia to make her fertible by using magic.

In exchange, Esther had promised every first born of every generation until her line ended. When Esther tried to oppose her, Dahlia threatened to take every one of her children, including Finn and the unborn Elijah.

Finn was traumatized by his aunt and by the loss of his sister. When Mikael returned from battle, Esther told him that Freya had died from the plague.

Their neighbors were werewolves who accepted the new family and allowed them to live with them. Once, when his younger half-brother Klaus didn't come to dinner, Esther questioned her children on his whereabouts.

While Elijah refused to tell, Finn gladly told his mother of Klaus' location. When Esther talked with little Niklaus out in the woods Finn watched them and smiled.

Sometime later, Finn retrieved a starling necklace Esther had given Klaus that he had lost. Esther made Klaus thank Finn.

Finn warns his siblings One day in the morning all Mikaelsons except for Kol, were enjoying the day.

Finn and Elijah were playing a game together, enjoying each other, while Klaus kept his eyes on Aurora, who was with Rebekah.

Sometime later at night in the castle, Finn approached his siblings, telling them that between Kol and Klaus' indiscriminate antics and the "creatures" that Klaus and Rebekah had created, word had spread among the villagers of creatures that feed on blood.

Finn warned that if even peasants knew about it, Mikael would eventually find out and come. The siblings decided it was time to flee from the castle.

The siblings eventually left not only the castle, but France. Some time later, the five Mikaelsons settled in Tuscany, Italy.

Finn possessing Vincent A year after his death and with the birth of his niece Hope Mikaelson , his mother saw an opportunity to resurrect herself along with Finn, who had always stood by her side, along with Kol, being convinced of his mother's plan.

Your conviction that awed me. That's why I stood by you. That's why I fought for you! I would have done anything for you.

My mother, she who gave me life. But I know that she would want for me to finish what we started. And we'll need to protect each other.

He turned so that we could be together forever. Then Klaus daggered him and locked him away, and I've been waiting ever since.

It is said by Elijah that Finn was neutralized for over years, making him the longest neutralized Original Vampire. That was about years ago and Finn was daggered ever since after Klaus Mikaelson refused to undagger him, having been sick of his judgemental attitude.

Of all the Originals, Finn is sometimes considered the noblest, most virtuous, and most moral, but also the most self righteous and unwavering in his convictions in both his Original Vampire self and his possessing witch self.

Despite being the most "moral", Finn is quite ruthless when obeying his mother Esther's orders. He had no problems torturing Lenore, Oliver, sending werewolves at Davina, and supports his mothers plan to trigger teenage werewolves curses to make them soldiers for Esther.

This change in personality is similar to Mikael who was depicted in a more positive light on The Vampire Diaries. Another explanation is that while moral, Finn was still a Viking and only had years worth of life adapting to the changing times.

While never shown to harm innocents as a vampire, as a witch he will kill and harm others associated with vampires, and enjoys killing vampires. He feels he is the hero and vampires are evil that needs to die.

He feels the ends justify the means concerning collateral damage when destroying vampires and sympathizers, believing that despite his merciless ruthless actions, what he is doing is good fighting evil, and feels he is right in his plans.

His personality from being an Original Vampire was more noble and moral, but as a witch he has darkened his state of mind, never realizing he is committing evil, ruthless acts, but thinking he is doing heroic and right over wrong actions.

Despite Tristan regarding Finn as the noblest of his siblings, like his father Mikael, Finn has the strongest unwavering hatred for vampires, especially of his Original Vampire siblings.

Even Freya stated that Finn's spirit greatly wants to see his siblings, other than Freya, dead. It's possible now that he is once again an Original Vampire, Finn's hatred of vampires and his siblings may now be further amplified with his vampirism.

While Mikael despised the vampire race as a whole, Alaric's view on being a vampire while he was an Enhanced Original is very similar to Finn's opinion: Both also did not want to harm innocents, and were not violent by nature to most people.

They both wished they could stop being vampires, and were both overjoyed once they were made mortal again. Ironically, while Finn was possessing Vincent and was mortal, he became very violent towards others, especially vampires and those that sided against his mother.

Finn became far more ruthless as a mortal than as an Original, willing to hurt innocent people for his mother and even trigger teenage werewolves curses to add to his werewolf army.

In All My Children , Kol speaks about Finn as Esther 's " favorite son " - to which Esther replies that " his brother knows virtue Kol cannot even imagine ".

Finn is the second Original destroyed by a White Oak Stake.
